Chihuahuas On Wheels, and Small Dog Accessories

I don't know what you'll think about this, but this is pretty cool if you ask me:

It's not every day you get to see people devoting so much energy and working so hard to improve the lives of living beings so small like this. It's a thing of beauty if you ask me.

The few times I bother to watch the news these days, I am constantly blown away at what other people are choosing to focus their energy on... it's insane. Good for that little growling chihuahua, I say!

Dog Accessories for Chihuahuas and Other Little Dogs

It's been fun watching the new dog accessories come into the Chihuahua Shop lately! I can't get enough of the cute chihuahua collar charms and necklaces for little dogs that Swarovski is making for these dogs. If Paris Hilton were here, she'd be saying "that's hot" without question! haha.

And for some fun: I don't agree with the "dumb animals" comment at the end, but this is otherwise funny. Check it out:

Loosing a Favorite Chihuahua Sweater Sucks... I Know!

If you've ever owned a favorite chihuahua sweater for your little pup, then either lost it or had it unravel or it was destroyed in some way, I feel your pain. I've lost my fair share of favorite doggy sweaters for my chihuahuas over the past few years, and it's a little annoying.

Especially when you find one that's super cute on your little dog and it's adorable and you really like it, it can be mildly upsetting when you loose it!

Chihuahua Apparel, and A Dog Fashion Show in Iceland!

Writing for the Chihuahua Clothes blog, I get to see a lot weird stuff in the dog world. I get to see little dogs "talking" with their owners in strangle YouTube videos, I get to see thousands of strange pet pictures every week, and I get to see little dogs wearing chihuahua apparel in little doggy fashion shows in Iceland--check it out:

The frequency of these little dog fashion events is increasing, which is both freaky and cool if you ask me. Freaky that we're putting them on in the first place; cool that we're putting them on the first place :)

Chihuahuas are the idea K-9 fashion model: just look at that long-haired chihuahua strut her stuff!

Chihuahua Carriers Are A Lifesaver

I never thought I'd need one, but my little dog chihuahua carriers have been a lifesaver when traveling with my little hairy rodents lately (yes, that's what I can my chihuahuas sometimes--particularly just after they've swam out of the ocean and onto the beach and they've just done that crazy dog shake to get some of the water off!)

Why The Chihuahua Shop Began

I started the Chihuahua Shop a short while ago for a number of reasons. For one, I was tired of the crappy customer service I kept getting again and again at dog clothing stores. Number two, I was fed up with the deceptive images some the stores had on their website, leading me to believe one thing about the chihuahua clothes I was buying for my little snuggle bug princess and then ending up receiving something markedly different in the mail. And probably most of all, I was tired of having to look around all over the place to find quality clothes, outfits, and jewelry for my chihuahuas whenever I wanted to treat them or give them a birthday gift.

I thought "gee, it sure would be nice to have some great products like that all together in one place, in one store!" And after shedding some technical blood, sweat, and tears, I opened the Chihuahua Clothes Shop:

Chihuahua Harnesses Up The Wazoo!

I've been working hard to stock up the chihuahua clothes shop we recently set up with some cool, stylish chihuahua harnesses and I have to say: it's going pretty well!

We have some very different styles now from the kind of harnesses I've ever seen for little dogs in the past, including harnesses integrated right into the chihuahua clothes--be it a T-shirt, a jumper, or even a dress!--and a lot of them even come with a matching chihuahua fashion leash, which is pretty awesome!

I got in to have a peek at the new chihuahua accessories we're now stocking at the chihuahua clothes shop, and I'm blown away by how freaking cool they are!  This stuff is truly for taking the whole notion of pampering your pooch and putting it on steroids--no joke. Dog Outfits for Small Dogs

Owning a little dog is a real joy: they're cute, adorable, and you get to dress them up in dog outfits for small dogs whenever you want!

A word of advice: if you want to keep to yourself and have some time alone for yourself and not be interrupted, DO NOT adorn your little dog with small dog clothing, because you'll end up with a pile of people on your hands, wanting to talk to you and compliment your little dog and ask you a ton of questions about her. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with this, but don't say I didn't warn you :)

I find it's best to buy chiwawa clothes for your dog, when your dog is a chiwawa! There's a lot of generic clothing out there in the online pet stores for little doggies, but if you want the clothes to really fit right, I find it's best to find the breed-specific clothing to ensure a good fit.
