Susan applies each Swarovski crystal by hand using tweezers; among them are butterflies and flowers delicately sewn on, using French Knots, placed on Swarovski crystal fabric mesh. When the sun or direct light hits this dress "Bling" never had it so good.
I've known a lot of dog owners with chihuahua that were spoiled, but I have yet to meet a chihuahua quite THIS spoiled! I hope I run into someone in L.A. on my trip next month who has one of these! It would be a chihuahua fashion spectacle, to be sure!
