I never thought I'd see something both this scary (seriously) and this adorable: 
This is an image from a new dog costume store I just ran across here. I can't claim any experience shopping from these folks, but they look legit and like the real deal and I'd trust them if I needed to buy one of their silly adorable costumes for my pooch ;)
